Inpatient Rehab
Our inpatient drug and alcohol rehab program immerses you in a highly structured environment with round-the-clock medical and clinical care. You’ll reside onsite in comfortable, shared housing to focus completely on your healing journey. Apart from scheduled offsite activities like yoga or twelve-step meetings, all therapies and groups take place at our treatment center. This minimizes external triggers and distractions so you can give your full effort toward sustainable sobriety.
PHP Program
Our partial hospitalization (PHP) level of care bridges the gap between inpatient rehab and standard outpatient treatment. PHP operates as essentially a “day rehab” program. You’ll attend structured groups, sessions, activities, and therapies for a full 6-8 hours per day before returning home each evening. Treatment is coordinated and comprehensive like inpatient, but you can sleep in your own bed.
PHP is ideal if you need more support than standard IOP or OP can offer, but still wish to actively practice recovery skills outside a controlled environment. The intensive daily regime lays the therapeutic foundation and coping strategies to apply when you transition to less oversight. With medical monitoring, observation of medication adherence, and urinalysis testing, PHP also provides accountability.
Intensive Outpatient Program
At 9-12 hours of attendance each week, our intensive outpatient program (IOP) still delivers evidence-based clinical therapies on par with PHP or inpatient. The main difference in IOP lies with greater balance between treatment requirements and real-world obligations like family, school, or work. IOP empowers you to integrate what you learn into everyday scenarios right from the start while attending frequent sessions to reinforce long-term change.
With group and individual counseling plus holistic activities, our compassionate team helps guide your early recovery phase with empathy and care. We develop cross-disciplinary support tools you can rely on after completing treatment. IOP represents an achievable path to manage sobriety in a sustainable way.
Outpatient Program
Outpatient addiction treatment allows you to continue your daily home and work routines while attending therapies and groups at our center. We offer different levels of outpatient care based on your needs, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and general OP. While less structured than inpatient, our compassionate medical team and licensed therapists actively support your recovery process with evidence-based care.
MAT Detox
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) uses FDA-approved pharmaceuticals alongside counseling to curb substance abuse. Medications like buprenorphine, methadone, disulfiram, or naltrexone help normalize brain function, relieve withdrawal, and reduce cravings. Research shows that MAT significantly improves recovery outcomes for many individuals struggling with opioid, alcohol, or other addiction types when combined with therapeutic modalities.
Our MAT program provides medical oversight for prescribed medications while also addressing behavioral root causes and consequences of addiction. Counseling supports any co-occurring mental health disorders as well. By integrating medication maintenance, cognitive coping strategies, group interaction, and holistic life skills, our MAT approach delivers comprehensive, integrative care.
Evening IOP Program
We understand that taking time off work or family obligations to attend addiction treatment can seem impossible. That’s why we now offer the only evening intensive outpatient program (EIOP) in Orange County for busy professionals, parents, and others needing flexible options.
Our evening IOP provides the same evidence-based therapies, holistic activities, and group sessions as our daytime treatment track. The main difference lies in timing. You can continue your regular work schedule or childcare duties while still actively prioritizing recovery through evenings at our center.
By participating in EIOP from approximately 6-9PM Monday through Thursday, you can implement tangible coping strategies and lifestyle changes without putting livelihoods at risk. Our compassionate team supports your journey with empathy and care while empowering self-sufficiency. EIOP allows you to manage sobriety in a way that integrates with obligations needing attention.
